REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY: All Overexposed orders are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds due to “change of mind.” Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are approved at the discretion of Overexposed. The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at info@overexposed.co. We will ask for photos of the damaged item and arrange for it to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Please ship the damaged/faulty item back in its original packaging. We will inspect the item upon return of the product. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
